Beach Place Guesthouse is Very clean, Every room has pull out couch and is very spacious for you and your family. All of the rooms have a Full kitchen with all accessories. It's in a peaceful area but minutes from the heart of Cocoa Beach.

Fabulous Fabulous Fabulous!!! Beachplace is a shangri-la property. Nearly a botanical garden in itself. It's one of a kind! This was the venue for my wedding. It's truly a magical place! World class hospitality! Mary Lynn is a phenomenal hostess with the mostest!!! There's not a bad room in the entire property. Every suite is unique and lovely. I'm looking forward to my next visit

We have stayed here as a family at least 4 times over the past year. The location is wonderful and has a free-spirit vibe. The outdoor space is very relaxing - hammocks, fire-pit/chairs, tables to work outside and patio tables facing the courtyard. The access to the beach is perfect - so beautiful especially at night with the overhead lights throughout the grounds. The beds were comfortable and clean, and the office staff have always been super helpful. Although the place is a bit older, it doesn't feel that way, and in fact lends to its charm.

We love this place. It's incredibly charming and has a ton to offer. There are hammocks, surf boards, boogie boards, chairs, loungers, games like life size connect four and chess. There are giant crystals around the space and beautiful plants 🪴. There's several different places to just relax or grill and / or eat if you want to be outside and if you want to be on your private porch there are personal rocking chairs and there's rocking chairs in the public areas as well. The place is basically like an apartment complex that was refurbished. The decor is cottage like, and the linens and towels are quite clean. Floors definitely not mopped often enough as my wet feet turned grey. There needs to be some upkeep on some furniture or cabinetry, fans, etc. But nothing that should keep anyone away from such a treasure that is right on the beach!!! Also, you get a repeat customer discount when you return and the parking is great. This is our second time here, and we will keep returning because I can just wear flip flops instead of walking around barefoot. We love this place soooo much!

Right on the beach. Not your sterile high end resort but a resort with southern charm and hospitality. This won’t be everyone’s cup of tea but we loved it and will return.

This is absolutely the best kept secret on the Florida Atlantic coast! Such cute, comfy apartment units right on the ocean, with hammocks for relaxing and beach gear for playing. Wendy in the office is super nice and helpful, and there’s even an office bird, Virbil, who whistles while you check in!
